The class consists of:

Hands-on experience, making and tasting amazing pizza! Our goal is for you to come in hungry, leave having eaten plenty of food, and gain some new knowledge about pizza.

Topics we will cover:

• How to stretch the dough.

• How to put the sauce on the pizza like the professionals.

• How long to bake a pizza

• How to you know when it's done

• Watching and cooking a pizza in a Wood Fired Oven.

• How hot your oven should be

• How much cheese is the right amount

• Minimum of 10 people, maximum of 16 people
